At each and every one of our meets that we have done in the past, none have blown us away more than the ones we've hosted in different countries. Being that we are a California based brand, the fact that we have a global support foundation from all around the world is truly a blessing. Which is why we are so stoked to announce EXPLORE SHANGHAI co-hosted by InstaMeet Shanghai. We love being able to connect with other community driven creatives so of course we had to link up with none other, InstaMeetSH!
The location of the meet is what we're most excited about.. the 1933 Slaughterhouse. An intricate concrete structure originally built as a cattle slaughterhouse. Intertwining ramps, staircases, columns, and "air bridges" that led cattle to their slaughter, pretty eerie backstory to such a beautifully built four-story building. Join us as we lurk Apple Hill in our next Landmark Lurkin Meet. We are highlighting one of Sacramento's gems located just east of Placerville. For over 50 years, Apple Hill has been a top destination for families from all over. Make sure to clear your Saturday on October 24th to join us as we explore the apple orchards. We will be tag teaming with @visitsacramento and @goodthompson for our #MKLURKSAC meet in collaboration with Apple Hill Growers.

Can you believe that it's already been a full year since the first MIGHTYKILLERS Explore Meet at Sutro Baths? Since then, our community of creatives has grown bigger than we could have ever imagined. All this could not have been possible without the help of all of the supporters and contributors towards #MKEXPLORE. We are super grateful for our loving and supporting community for helping us get to where we are now with urban exploration and we want to celebrate our one year with all of you.
We are stoked to announce that on 10.10.15, we are teaming up with SanDisk in bringing you our 1 year anniversary Explore Meet! We couldn’t be more excited to have SanDisk work with us for obvious reasons, we all love and use their products.. and of course, its SanDisk!
We will meet at the Nike Missile Site SF-59 parking lot near Sunset Trail at Fort Funston, San Francisco. We will proceed down to the beach at approximately 5:00PM. In addition to amazing food and drinks, there will be entertainment including DJ sets from Peanut Butter Wolf (Stones Throw Records) and Them Jeans; the world premiere of Under Discovered, a short film about the Urban Explorers of Instagram; a virtual reality experience teleporting guests to Curtis Stone's kitchen at his restaurant Maude; and live travel & tech giveaways like a round-trip to Chicago sponsored by Goose Island Beer Company. All giveaways will be announced through Snapchat and Instagram on the night of GALLIVANT!
A limited number of early access tickets will be released that give you a one-hour, first-taste at GALLIVANT!, hosted by Alma, Bon Appetit’s Best New Restaurant in America in 2013.
This event is 21+. All food, beer, cocktails, and wine are included with ticket price.
